Our Approach
We began by mapping key user journeys—everything from onboarding a new lead to closing a sale—and defining core personas: the Solo Agent seeking simplicity, the Boutique Team craving custom workflows, and the Enterprise Broker requiring scalability. Low-fidelity sketches gave way to polished wireframes, which we refined through interactive prototypes and hands-on usability tests. Visually, we employed a clean, modern aesthetic: neutral backgrounds that let data-driven dashboards stand out, accent tones for calls to action, and iconography that communicates AI-powered features at a glance. Under the hood, our developers built a responsive front end in Next.js with Tailwind CSS, while the back end leveraged Node.js and a microservices architecture to support AI modules—such as the Valuator model for dynamic pricing and the Intelligent Workflow Engine for automating schedule and correspondence. Every integration—from MLS data feeds to e-signature providers—was wired into a unified API layer, ensuring future modules can be added without disrupting the user experience.
